TERMS and CONDITIONS

• Copy of horoscope, whether basic or otherwise, on plain computer/other paper, ordered by a client will only be sent to him on receipt of advance payment along with the courier charges, based on the basis of birth data furnished.
• Execution of orders placed through Services Order Form on any website, owned by Astro Consultant And Research Centre, will only be executed on line i.e. via electronic mail message, and no hard copy will be sent by post/or any other method. No shipment of any kind is required for execution of such services, which are rendered via e mail.
• Copy of horoscope based on the basis of birth furnished by the client, will be sent through courier service or postal service, as per the convenience of Astro Consultant And Research Centre, on receipt of advance payment, along with the courier charges.
• All the charges mentioned in the Services Order Form, will be strictly adhered to, and are payable in advance.
• All disputes, arising out of any orders placed through the Services Order Form on all websites, owned by Astro Consultant and Research Centre, will be settled in the Courts of Delhi (India) . No Client availing any services through the Services Order Form on any website owned by Astro Consultant And Research Centre, will be entitled to any refund of amount paid by him, if the said client is not satisfied with the services, given to him through Services Order Form on any website owned by Astro Consultant And Research Centre.
• For all the predictions/suggestions given to a customer, based on the basis of birth data furnished by him, this institute i.e. Astro Consultant And Research Centre, and any predictions/suggestions, given through the Prashan system of Vedic Astrology, the Astro Consultant And Research Centre, shall not be responsible for any consequence, whatsoever in full/part for such predictions/suggestions, arising from one's decisions/actions taken on the said predictions/suggestions or otherwise. Even Mr.R.K.Kapoor Astrologer, and/or this institute i.e. Astro Consultant And Research Centre and/or any other person/company/body associated with him/them shall not be responsible for any consequence, whatsoever, arising from one's decisions/actions taken on the said predictions/suggestions or otherwise.
